Voice AI for Salesforce
Sightline
AI voice agents for inbound and outbound calls, native to the Salesforce voice data model, at a fraction of the platform price.
01Why this exists
The gap
Open CTI, the integration layer under nearly every third-party telephony app since 2012, reaches end of life in February 2028. Every org running a telephony adapter has to move. Salesforce prices a partner slot at fifty dollars per user per month and its own full stack at a hundred and twenty-five. Below that, small and lower mid-market teams have no path at all.
Agentforce Contact Center lists at $125 per user per month. The most platform-native third party runs $82 to $146, with AI gated to a custom-priced enterprise tier.

The mechanism, not the feature list
These are the decisions that make it work, and the reasons behind them. A feature list tells you what a demo will show. This tells you what happens on the day something goes wrong.
- Real-time media runs off-platform, because no managed package can hold a bidirectional audio stream inside a sub-second turn-taking budget.
- The managed package integrates the native voice call and conversation entry objects rather than inventing custom ones. That is what makes it a first-class citizen instead of a legacy adapter.
- Callouts go through named credentials. Live transcripts stream to the console over platform events.
- Actions are exposed as agent actions and listed separately, because the agent-native slice of the marketplace is roughly a thousand listings against ten thousand traditional apps.
- Accuracy is measured and published. Salesforce’s own senior leadership has said agents test in the high eighties and drop to 50 to 60 percent in production. Publishing a real methodology differentiates on exactly that axis.
Three of this account’s four open orders are past their scheduled end date with no billing window set. The pattern matches two orders that later needed a change request.

03Pricing
What it costs
Published rather than hidden behind a form. A buyer comparing options reads a hidden price as an expensive one.
- Platform$40 / user / monthPlus $0.29 per AI minute
- Outbound only$0.35 / minuteNo seat fee
Prices are list. Nothing here is listed on AgentExchange yet, so today this is bought as an engagement rather than installed from a marketplace link.

04Questions
What buyers ask first
What is not true yet.
In build. There is currently no published way for an independent vendor to bill against platform consumption credits, which is an open question on the pricing model.
