Service 05
Adoption, not software.
A build nobody uses is a build that failed. Training is captured from real logged-in sessions in your org, not mocked up as an admin.

01Formats
Four ways to run it
The format changes. The source material does not: it is your org, your objects and your screens.
- 01
On-site workshops
A day or two in the room, run against your org rather than a demo org. The exercises use records your team recognises.
- 02
Cohort programmes
A group of admins or developers moving through the same material on a schedule, with assessments that check they can do the thing rather than recall it.
- 03
Custom curricula
Built from your own org. In one engagement the training was served in-org from a static resource and captured by logging in as an actual field user, because an admin’s screen is not what they see.
- 04
Self-serve courses
Everything we teach live is available in ShareCo Academy, with progress reporting, team seats and certificates that verify at a public URL.
02Trained on the real screen
We teach the screen they actually see, signed in as them.
An admin has a different org from everybody else. Training captured from an admin session teaches a screen the field team will never meet.
- Material captured by logging in as an actual field user, not mocked up as an admin.
- Served in-org from a static resource, so nobody leaves the record page to learn the record page.
- A runbook for the failures your admins will actually see, sign-in on a phone included.
- The same material becomes a self-serve course with an assessment and a certificate.

05Academy bridge
Everything we teach live is a course you can hand to the next hire.
The workshop ends and the team changes. The course does not. Live sessions become self-serve courses with the same material, and where a course carries a scored assessment, passing it issues a certificate anyone can verify.
- Seat-based licensing, with progress reporting and required training across the team.
- Your own SCORM 1.2 or 2004 packages run beside ours, with the same tracking and the same certificates.
- Paths assembled from your org’s own screens, so a new hire learns your build rather than a generic one.
A ShareCo certificate is not a Salesforce certification. We say so on the certificate, and we tell you which official exam to sit next.
Everything we teach live is already a course.
Tell us who is not using what you built.
We will watch them work, find where the screen fights them, and tell you what to teach. Written, within one business day.
