Who does what

Everything below traces to a supplied résumé. Where we have nothing written down, the entry says so.

Elliot Saha

Co-founder, Chief Technology Officer

Fronts

Platform architecture, custom Apex and Lightning Web Components, AI systems, and the Academy platform itself.

Elliot has been the forward-deployed engineer inside SMT Research since September 2025, and he owns their Salesforce org end to end as sole architect, administrator and developer. He sits with sales, operations, field service, finance, marketing and HR, and turns what those departments actually do into shipped software.

That org is the evidence behind most of this site. The data model, the security and permission design, the record pages, the mobile experience, the Apex and the flows are all work he is accountable for. Two legacy systems were retired into it.

He runs long-running development and testing agents that plan, write code, deploy and test against the live org for hours at a time. They do not stop when code is generated. They stop when the work is verified.

He also builds operational agents on Gemini Enterprise and Vertex AI that read email, file invoices, reconcile receivables and answer questions across the business. Each one runs against production data under the asking person’s own permissions, with guard-railed writes.

He co-founded ShareCo in August 2024. Before that he rebranded and rebuilt a national industry association’s web presence and cut member onboarding from 32 minutes to 9. He is completing a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Technology Management at the University of British Columbia, and holds a $40,000 national scholarship and a silver medal from the Skills Canada national competition.

  • Sole architect, administrator and developer on one enterprise org.
  • 190+ automated flows in production, consolidating a whole business onto one platform.
  • Autonomous development agents that deploy and test against the live org.
  • Gemini Enterprise and Vertex AI agents with per-user authentication and least-privilege access.

Ege Taskent

Salesforce Developer, Certified Platform Administrator

Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
Fronts

The credential, and the rollout. The half of an implementation where people actually start using the thing.

Ege holds the Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator credential. Salesforce issues that to a person, not to a firm, and we say so every time it comes up.

He was a Salesforce developer at SMT Research from 2024 to 2026. That means two of the five founders have worked inside one enterprise org from different angles, which is the least ordinary thing about this group.

He architected and built operational systems there from the ground up: quoting funnels, field operations modules, inventory management and production tracking. He managed the platform across development and production environments, including user permissions, sharing rules and security settings over sensitive operational data.

He was the technical lead on database health, running bulk operations, duplicate management and validation rules against real data quality problems. He was also the primary technical contact for stakeholders, leading feature rollouts and training the end users.

Before Salesforce he ran marketing campaign strategy and communications, including administering an engagement platform for more than 1,000 users and assisting a CRM implementation. A certified admin who can also run a rollout and train the users is the adoption half of every project. He holds a Communications Marketing Management diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

  • Custom objects, complex flow automation and validation rules at enterprise scale.
  • Permissions, sharing rules and security over sensitive operational data.
  • Integration points between Salesforce and internal operational tools.
  • Feature rollouts and end-user training as the primary stakeholder contact.
1Certified Platform AdministratorHeld by Ege personally. Salesforce does not issue this credential to firms.

Zion Comer

Full-Stack Developer and Consultant

Fronts

Integrations, machine learning, and the hard custom builds that sit beside Salesforce rather than inside it.

Zion has run his own software consultancy since 2022, working on system integrations, machine learning automation and custom software for operationally complex businesses.

He built a machine-learning demand-forecasting system on AWS SageMaker that correlates social media trend velocity against sales data to predict demand spikes, for a North American nutritional products manufacturer.

His other shipped work includes a custom search engine running alongside a Dynamics 365 CRM with date sorting and multi-variable filtering, native iOS and Android apps plus the backend API for a whole-home voice control system, live production dashboards from natural gas well sensors, a multi-tenant SaaS platform for dispatch and payroll, and a HIPAA-compliant health platform.

His ERP and manufacturing exposure maps directly onto our strongest vertical: inventory, dispatch, payroll and the systems that were never going to fit in a CRM. When the answer is not a Salesforce answer, he builds the thing and makes it talk to the org.

  • System integrations between Salesforce and the systems that will not move.
  • Machine learning pipelines on AWS, in production rather than in a notebook.
  • Native mobile and API work when the platform app is the wrong surface.
  • Data pipelines out of legacy SQL Server estates.
2022Consulting under his own firm sinceStill running. Integration and custom software engagements.

Turni Saha

AI Adoption Lead, PMP

Project Management Professional, issued 2024
Fronts

ShareCo Academy, and AI adoption for teams that are not technical.

Turni is the AI adoption lead at a safety software company and holds the Project Management Professional credential, issued in 2024.

The reason this matters to the Academy is a pipeline that already exists. Turni built a production AI course-development pipeline that ingests 200-page regulatory documents and outputs a complete training course: the script, the question bank, hundreds of context-aware images, and the final SCORM file. It raised course production capacity twelvefold for a catalogue generating millions in annual revenue.

The adoption work is the other half. Embedded across 14 departments, 52 structured workflow audits surfaced more than 150 automation opportunities, and a prioritisation framework ranked them against a projected annual saving. More than 40 of those became shipped automation pipelines and AI projects.

Turni has also designed and delivered AI adoption workshops for non-technical teams, with hands-on curricula, usage playbooks and internal documentation, and led the company’s first AI hackathon. It produced a working alpha of an LMS feature in a day and a half that had been roadmapped as a six-month build.

Turni is separately building an AI course builder. ShareCo Academy is designed to accept SCORM packages from any authoring source, including that one. We are not asking you to author in our tool.

  • A SCORM-producing course pipeline, already running in production.
  • Structured workflow audits that end in a ranked, costed list rather than a slide.
  • Adoption workshops and playbooks for people who do not write code.
  • Why the Academy ingests SCORM instead of locking you into one authoring tool.
12xCourse production capacitySame catalogue, measured against its own prior output.

Aneel

Sales

Profile pending
Fronts

Revenue, and a Salesforce voice AI product built to be sold under the consultancy.

Aneel runs sales, and is building a Salesforce voice AI product to be sold under the consultancy.

We have not published his background yet. When we have written it down and checked it, it will appear here in the same form as everyone else on this page.

The unusual bit

Two of us built the same enterprise Salesforce org from opposite ends.

One as sole architect, administrator and developer. One as the certified administrator who ran the permissions, the rollouts and the training. Same org, overlapping for about a year from September 2025. It means the argument about how something should be built happens between us before your deploy, not in your inbox after it.
