QuickBooks sync

Ledgerline

Bidirectional QuickBooks sync a Salesforce admin can configure in an afternoon, instead of an integration platform project.

StatusProven in houseNot listed on AgentExchange. Available now as an engagement.
Starts at$249 / org / monthCore
Who buys itFinance director or revenue operations lead at a services, distribution or light-manufacturing business of 20 to 250 people. Frequently the same person who runs Salesforce.

01Why this exists

The gap

Intuit discontinued its own bidirectional connector, citing customers who needed more customisation than it could provide. Salesforce’s official answer is an enterprise-priced integration platform. Three named incumbents are now dead domains. Nobody official serves small and mid-market bidirectional sync, and a desktop-edition end-of-support cycle is forcing a re-buy through 2027.

Benchmarked against

Comparable connectors cluster at $200 to $400 per org per month. The nearest competitor hides its pricing behind a lead form.

02How it works

The mechanism, not the feature list

These are the decisions that make it work, and the reasons behind them. A feature list tells you what a demo will show. This tells you what happens on the day something goes wrong.

  • Built from a sync already running in production, where the hard problems were found the expensive way.
  • A decimal cap at the accounting boundary only. On a replay of 135 live invoice lines, 21 carried more precision than the accounting system accepts. No Salesforce field is narrowed to fix it.
  • Line consolidation that combines only when every attribute matches, and only when the total still balances. Nothing is invented.
  • Class resolution that throws rather than guesses, because a chart of accounts that reuses leaf names across regions will otherwise file every region’s revenue under one.
  • A heartbeat on every cycle and a watchdog on the heartbeat. The predecessor to this once stopped silently for twelve hours while accounting queued work and watched nothing happen.

What this number does not vouch for
49 ordersare past their end date and still counted as fully billable, with nobody having marked them finished.
23 ordershave no billing window at all, so their placement is the weakest rule in the engine.
9 orderswere invoiced past their contract value, and each one is named rather than netted off.
Depiction · A revenue forecast that prints its own arithmetic. Every row carries the method that placed its dollar, so a controller can defend the total line by line. The panel on the right is the part most forecasts omit: the amounts the engine will not vouch for, published beside the number rather than discovered in an audit.

03Pricing

What it costs

Published rather than hidden behind a form. A buyer comparing options reads a hidden price as an expensive one.

  • Core$249 / org / month
  • Plus$449 / org / monthDesktop, multi-entity, custom objects
  • Multi-file$899 / org / month

Prices are list. Nothing here is listed on AgentExchange yet, so today this is bought as an engagement rather than installed from a marketplace link.
