7 capabilities, stated as things you can do
Each one is what you should be able to do at the end, not what the course covers. If an outcome is not testable, it is not an outcome.
- Find any piece of configuration in Setup by name, without hunting through menus.
- Read an org’s standard object graph and say which records depend on which.
- Explain the difference between metadata and data, and why it changes how you deploy.
- Identify the edition and licence limits that constrain the org you inherited.
- Produce a one-page map of an unfamiliar org in under an hour.
- Trace a single record from creation to close and name every automation that touched it.
- Ask the three questions that reveal what an org is actually used for, rather than what it was sold as.
