Step 1 of 5: Your organisation

Has your organisation been fully operating in BC for at least a year?

The grant is for BC employers with at least one year of operation.

Are you a provincial government employer?

For example a ministry, Crown corporation or agency, hospital, health authority, or public post-secondary institution. These are not eligible.

Which industry are you in?

WorkBC prioritises some industries. Being a non-profit is not an industry on its own.

Would you describe your organisation as a small business?

Answer as you would on the application. WorkBC does not publish a size cutoff on the pages we checked.

ShareCo is not affiliated with WorkBC; grant approval is not guaranteed. ShareCo Academy is a private training provider. The employer applies, and training cannot start before the application is submitted. We recommend waiting for WorkBC’s decision before training starts. Any reimbursement is paid to the employer, is up to 80% of eligible costs, and is taxable income to the employer.
