Set up ShareCo in under 2 minutes
Follow these simple steps to start saving LinkedIn profiles to Salesforce with one click.
1. Install the Chrome Extension
Add ShareCo SalesSync to Chrome. Click "Add to Chrome" and sign in with your Google account. No credit card required.
2. Connect Salesforce
Click the ShareCo icon in your Chrome toolbar and enter your Salesforce domain (e.g., yourcompany.my.salesforce.com). The extension connects via OAuth.
3. Save Your First Contact
Visit any LinkedIn profile. You will see the ShareCo sidebar in the bottom-left corner. Click "Save Contact" to add the profile to Salesforce.
4. Enrich with Email and Phone
Click the enrich button to find verified email addresses and direct phone numbers. Our waterfall enrichment queries 15+ providers for the best results. Auto-save sends the contact to Salesforce when enrichment completes.
Common questions
Do I need a paid LinkedIn plan?
No. The ShareCo Chrome extension works with the free version of LinkedIn. Sales Navigator is supported too, but not required.
Do I need Salesforce admin access?
You need a Salesforce edition with API access (Enterprise, Unlimited, or Developer). A one-time Connected App setup may require admin help. After that, any user who can create Contacts in Salesforce can use ShareCo.
What fields are saved to Salesforce?
Name, title, company, location, and LinkedIn URL. If you enrich the contact, verified email and phone number are saved too. The matching Account is found or created automatically.
How does enrichment work?
ShareCo uses a waterfall enrichment system that queries 15+ premium data providers (Apollo, Hunter, Snov, Prospeo, RocketReach, and more) to find verified email addresses and direct phone numbers.
How do I upgrade from the free plan?
Go to the Dashboard and click Billing. Upgrade to Professional ($40/mo), Team ($60/seat/mo), or Scale ($110/seat/mo) for more enrichment credits and team features.
