How does ShareCo work with Salesforce?
ShareCo is a Chrome extension that adds a panel directly on LinkedIn profiles. When viewing a profile, you can instantly save contact info to Salesforce, enrich emails/phones, and detect duplicates - all without leaving LinkedIn.
What is waterfall enrichment?
Waterfall enrichment checks multiple data providers (like FullEnrich, Apollo, Hunter, RocketReach) in sequence until it finds verified contact information. This gives you the best chance of finding accurate emails and phone numbers.
How much does each enrichment cost?
Email enrichments use 1 credit each, and phone enrichments use 1 phone credit each. Individual plans (Starter, Professional) include credits for a single user — for example, Professional at $40/month includes 150 email and 15 phone credits. Team plans (Team, Scale) allocate credits per seat, so each team member gets their own credits. Credits reset monthly for all plans.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plans: Credits reset each month and do not roll over. Annual plans: Unused credits roll over for one month only (up to 2x your monthly allocation). For example, if you have 150 email credits per month and use 100, you'll have 200 credits available the next month (150 new + 50 carried over). On team plans, rollover applies per seat.
How does team billing work?
Team and Scale plans support team accounts. Admins can invite members, purchase additional seats, and manage billing centrally. Each seat receives its own credit allocation — credits are per seat, not shared across the team.
What happens to unused credits?
Monthly plans: Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Annual plans: Unused credits roll over for one month (capped at 2x your monthly allocation), then expire. On team plans, rollover is tracked per seat. We'll send you reminders when credits are about to expire.
