What is ICP scoring?
ShareCo uses AI to score LinkedIn profiles against your Ideal Customer Profile on a 0-100 scale. Upload a document, describe your ICP in plain text, or paste URLs of your best customers.
What is Live ICP learning?
Available on Professional and above, Live ICP learns from your actual prospecting behavior — who you save, enrich, and convert. Over time, it builds a model that's more accurate than any static document.
Is ICP scoring really unlimited?
Yes. On all plans, including Free. Scoring happens client-side in your browser, so there's no per-score cost.
How does ShareCo work with Salesforce and Google Sheets?
ShareCo is a Chrome extension that adds a panel directly on LinkedIn profiles. When viewing a profile, you can instantly save contact info to Salesforce or Google Sheets, enrich emails/phones, and detect duplicates — all without leaving LinkedIn. Google Sheets is free on all plans; Salesforce requires a Pro plan or above.
How much does each enrichment cost?
Email enrichments use 1 credit each, and phone enrichments use 1 phone credit each. Each plan includes a fixed credit pool — for example, Professional includes 120 email and 12 phone credits per month, while Team includes 400 email and 40 phone credits per seat. Credits are shared across your team and reset monthly.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plans: Credits reset each month and do not roll over. Annual plans: Unused credits roll over for one month only (up to 2x your monthly allocation). For example, if you have 120 email credits per month and use 80, you'll have 160 credits available the next month (120 new + 40 carried over).
How does team billing work?
Team and Scale plans support team accounts. Admins can invite members, purchase additional seats, and manage billing centrally. Credits are a shared pool for the entire team.
