A flat fee to build. A program that keeps you found.
Two flat-fee packages, no hourly meter. Foundation starts at $2,500 and rebuilds your site around AEO so clients find you when they ask AI for a lawyer. Signature adds the automations and software integrations your firm runs on. Then ShareCo Care, $500 a month, runs the ongoing program: every month we report where you show up in AI and tune to climb. The build is the buy-in. The program is where it compounds.
- Your domain & content, in your name
- Fixed scope, fixed price
- AEO built into every page

Where it compounds: ShareCo Care
The build gets you found once. Care keeps you found. Every month we report exactly where your firm shows up across the AI assistants, tune your content and schema to climb, keep your lead automations running, and handle hosting, security, and edits. The website is the buy-in. This is the program that earns its keep.
$500/mo
The full program: AEO reporting, ongoing tuning, automations, hosting, and your monthly edits. Build with us once, then this is where the visibility is won and held.
- A monthly AEO report: where your firm shows up when real clients ask AI, and where it does not
- Tracking across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude
- Ongoing content and schema tuning as the answer engines change how they pick firms
- A competitor read: which firms AI names instead of you, and what they have that you do not
- Lead and intake automations kept running, every inquiry routed into your CRM, calendar, and inbox
- Managed hosting, SSL, backups, and uptime monitoring, all handled for you
- A set number of content edits each month with priority turnaround
- A quarterly strategy review: what is working, what to build next
Your new site, wired into your stack not bolted on
Signature connects your site to the software your firm already runs on, so a new lead flows straight into intake, your calendar, and your case file instead of dying in an inbox.
And the rest of your stack on request: LawPay, Smokeball, intake forms, call tracking, e-sign, and whichever CRM your firm has standardized on. If it has an API, we can wire it in.
AEO is a line item, not an upsell
When a client asks an assistant “who is the best lawyer near me,” it answers with a short list of firms. Answer Engine Optimization is how you earn a place on that list: clean structure a machine can read, legal and FAQ schema, and content written for how people actually ask. It ships in Foundation and Signature, at no extra charge.
The rented vendors do not do this. Scorpion, FindLaw, Thomson Reuters, Justia, and the template mills hand firms a slow site no answer engine can read, then bill a retainer for it. You get an AEO-ready site that AI search can actually recommend.
Included at every tier
- Structured, machine-readable content AI engines can quote
- Legal-services and FAQ schema so answers get surfaced
- Practice-area and location signals matched to real searches
- Content shaped for how clients phrase questions to AI
The same shape, a very different deal
We build the site, host it, and run a monthly program, same as the incumbents on paper. What differs is whether AI can find you at all, whether you ever see a real result, and whose name the domain is in.
The incumbent model
Scorpion · FindLaw / Thomson Reuters · Justia
$1,000–3,000/mo
to rent a template you never really control
- A slow template no answer engine can read
- No AEO, so AI search skips you anyway
- A dashboard, never a real report on whether you show up
- The domain is often registered in their name, not yours
The ShareCo model
A rebuild built to get found, on fair terms
$2,500to build, then Care at $500/mo
Foundation, the package most firms pick
- A monthly report on exactly where you show up in AI
- Your domain and content stay in your name
- AEO built in, so AI search can recommend you
- Automations that route every lead into your tools
What a skeptical lawyer asks first
Straight answers, before you send a number back. The final price is a fixed quote, given only after the free teardown.
What is the difference between the $2,500 and the $500 a month?
The $2,500 is a one-time build. We rebuild your site and set it up to be read by AI assistants and agents: clean structure, legal and FAQ schema, and content written the way clients ask. That is the part that gets you eligible to be named. The $500 a month is ShareCo Care, the ongoing program that keeps you there. Each month we check where you actually show up across the major AI assistants, report it plainly, and tune your content and schema to climb. The build makes you findable once. Care keeps you findable as the engines change.
How does the AEO reporting actually work?
Every month we run the real questions your clients ask, things like "best DUI lawyer in [your city]," through the major AI assistants and Google's AI answers, and we record whether your firm comes up, where, and which firms get named instead. You get that as a short, plain report, plus the changes we made to your content and schema in response. We will be straight with you: nobody can guarantee a number-one spot or a fixed count of cases, and anyone who does is selling snake oil. AEO is influence, not a switch. What we can promise is that we measure it honestly and keep working it.
Is the website really a flat fee?
Yes. Foundation is a flat fee that starts at $2,500, never an hourly meter. The exact number depends on scope, how many practice areas and locations you need to show up for and how much content has to be written, so after a free teardown we quote one fixed figure for your build before you sign. From there the price does not move, and there are no surprise change-order invoices.
Is ShareCo Care required?
The build gets you live; Care is the engagement where the value compounds. It is where the monthly AEO reporting, the ongoing tuning, your automations, hosting, and your monthly edits live, which is why it is the part most firms care about most. If a firm only wants the one-time build, the site stays live and the domain and content stay in their name, but there is no monthly visibility work, and later changes are scoped one at a time at a higher per-change rate than Care members pay. The honest version: the website is the buy-in, the program is where we earn our keep.
What is not included?
Paid ad management, third-party software your firm subscribes to (CRM seats, call-tracking numbers, premium fonts) and content beyond what the package specifies are billed by those vendors, not buried in our price. If your project needs something outside the package, we scope and quote it up front, in writing.
How is this different from Scorpion or FindLaw?
On paper the shape is similar: we build the site, we host it, and there is a monthly program. The difference is what you actually get for it. The incumbents hand you a slow template no answer engine can read, register the domain in their own name, and bill a retainer while you never see a real result. We build around AEO so AI search can name your firm, send you a plain report every month on exactly where you show up, run the automations that turn inquiries into booked consults, and keep your domain and content in your name. You are buying measured results, not a dashboard you can never check.
