1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ShareCo SalesSync ("the Service"), including our website (shareco.ca) and Chrome browser extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Description of Service
ShareCo SalesSync is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that enables users to:
- •Save LinkedIn profile information to Salesforce CRM
- •Enrich contacts with email addresses and phone numbers
- •Manage team access and credits
- •Track sync history and prevent duplicate entries
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- •Provide accurate and complete registration information
- •Maintain the security of your account credentials
- •Be responsible for all activities under your account
- •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Subscription and Billing
ShareCo SalesSync offers free trials and paid subscription plans:
- •Free Trial: Limited to 10 contact saves. No credit card required.
- •Paid Plans: Billed monthly or annually. Prices are displayed in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice.
- •Team Plans: Per-seat pricing applies. Organization administrators manage seats and billing.
- •Enrichment Credits: Email and phone lookup credits are purchased separately and do not roll over between billing periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- •Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service
- •Use automated scraping or data harvesting beyond the intended extension functionality
- •Share your account credentials with others
- •Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
- •Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by ShareCo Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including LinkedIn and Salesforce. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. ShareCo is not responsible for any changes, outages, or policy changes by third-party services that may affect the Service.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHARECO'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING ANY CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- •Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- •No refunds for partial billing periods
- •Unused enrichment credits are not refundable
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay for your subscription. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
