Setup Guide
Connect ShareCo SalesSync to your Salesforce org in 3 simple steps. No technical setup required.
Secure by design
SalesSync uses OAuth 2.0 with PKCE to connect to Salesforce. Your credentials never leave Salesforce - you simply authorize ShareCo to create contacts on your behalf.
Install the Extension
Install the ShareCo SalesSync extension from the Chrome Web Store.
After installing, click the extension icon in your Chrome toolbar and sign in with your ShareCo account.
Connect to Salesforce
Click "Connect to Salesforce" in the extension popup.
This opens a Salesforce login page where you sign in and click Allow to authorize the connection.
Start Saving Contacts
Visit any LinkedIn profile and click "Save Contact".
SalesSync automatically creates Salesforce Contacts with the person's name, title, company, and LinkedIn URL. Accounts are created or matched automatically.
That's it!
No Connected App setup, no Consumer Keys, no callback URLs. Just sign in and start saving.

Troubleshooting
"Salesforce not connected" error
Click the extension icon, go to Settings, and reconnect to Salesforce.
Contact not appearing in Salesforce
Check your Salesforce org permissions. You need the ability to create Contacts and Accounts.
Connection expired
Reconnect via the extension. OAuth tokens automatically refresh, but if your Salesforce admin revoked access, you'll need to re-authorize.
